Shipping and Pick Up
At Headley’s Auctions, we want to ensure your purchases reach you safely and efficiently. Please review our guidelines for collecting your items.
In-Person Pick Up
We welcome buyers to pick up their items directly from our gallery in Winchester, VA.
- Appointments: All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures your items are ready when you arrive.
- Hours: Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Deadline: Items must be picked up within 14 days of the auction date.
Storage Fees
To keep our gallery organized for upcoming auctions, we apply storage fees for items left beyond 14 days:
- Small Items: $5.00 per day, per item.
- Large Items/Furniture: $15.00 per day, per item.
- Note: Any items not collected within 30 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Headley’s Auctions.
Shipping Information
Headley’s Auctions does not provide in-house packing or shipping services.
- Third-Party Shippers: We can provide a list of recommended local shippers (such as UPS or professional art handlers) who can pack and deliver your items.
- Arrangements: Once your invoice is paid, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact a shipper and arrange for pickup from our gallery.
- Address Verification: For your protection, items will only be released for shipping to the billing address on file unless prior arrangements are made with our office.
